Andrew Cooper is the Founder and National Director of CPAC Australia, launched in 2019 as the country's first major conservative political action conference. A passionate advocate for individual liberty & sovereignty, he has built CPAC into the definitive gathering place for Australia's centre-right.

Advisory Board Member The Hon. Gary Hardgrave is a former Howard Government minister with more than 40 years in broadcast media, currently heard weekday afternoons on 4BC Drive. He brings expertise in public policy, government strategy and communications.

Notable CPAC Speakers
The Hon. Tony Abbott AC is Australia's 28th Prime Minister, serving from 2013 to 2015. His government repealed the carbon and mining taxes, secured free trade agreements with China, Japan and Korea, and halted people smuggling through Operation Sovereign Borders. A Rhodes Scholar and long-serving MP for Warringah, Tony has been a proud supporter of CPAC Australia since our inaugural conference in 2019, returning to the stage in 2022, 2023 and 2025.
The Rt Hon Liz Truss served as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom in 2022, having previously held senior cabinet roles including Foreign Secretary and Secretary of State for International Trade. A fearless advocate for free markets, low taxation and national sovereignty, she remains one of the most prominent and unfiltered conservative voices in British and international politics. Liz joined the CPAC Australia stage in 2024 and returned in 2025.
Senator Matt Canavan has served as a Senator for Queensland since 2014 and is now Leader of the National Party. A former Minister for Resources and Northern Australia, he has been one of the most outspoken parliamentary voices against Net Zero ideology and in defence of Australia's resources sector. Matt joined the CPAC Australia stage in 2022 and returned in 2025.
Pauline Hanson is one of the most enduring figures in Australian political history. A small business owner before entering politics, she founded One Nation after winning the federal seat of Oxley in 1996 and has led the party for nearly three decades. A Senator for Queensland since 2016, she remains a consistent voice on sovereignty, immigration and the cost of living. Pauline joined the CPAC Australia stage in 2023 and returned in 2025.
Nigel Farage is the architect of Brexit and one of the most consequential political figures in modern British history. A founding member of UKIP, he spent two decades campaigning for British sovereignty before leading the Brexit Party — now Reform UK — to become a dominant force in UK politics. Currently serving as a Member of Parliament for Clacton and Leader of Reform UK, Nigel joined the CPAC Australia stage at our inaugural conference in 2019 and returned in 2022.
The Hon. Barnaby Joyce served as Deputy Prime Minister of Australia twice — from 2016 to 2018, and again from 2021 to 2022 — and as Leader of the National Party. A farmer, accountant and long-serving Member for New England, he has been one of the most recognisable and outspoken voices in Australian conservative politics for two decades, with a particular passion for rural and regional Australia. Barnaby joined the CPAC Australia stage in 2023 and returned in 2024.
Mark Meadows served as White House Chief of Staff under President Donald Trump from 2020 to 2021, having previously represented North Carolina in the US House of Representatives for eight years and chaired the influential House Freedom Caucus. A committed conservative and close Trump ally, he was a driving force in shaping the America First agenda from inside the White House. Mark joined CPAC Australia at our inaugural conference in 2019.
Matthew Whitaker served as Acting Attorney General of the United States under President Donald Trump in 2018, having previously served as US Attorney for the Southern District of Iowa. A lawyer, author and senior fellow of the American Conservative Union Foundation, he is a prominent voice on constitutional law, justice and America First conservatism. Matthew joined the CPAC Australia stage in 2022 and returned in 2023.
Jacinta Nampijinpa Price is a Warlpiri-Celtic woman from Alice Springs and one of Australia's most recognised conservative voices. First platformed by CPAC in 2019 as an Alice Springs town councillor, she has since entered the Senate and risen to national prominence as a leading figure in the successful No campaign against the 2023 Voice to Parliament referendum, advocating fiercely for law and order and unity over division. She has joined the CPAC Australia stage in 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.
Janet Albrechtsen is one of Australia's most prominent conservative columnists, writing for The Australian and The Weekend Australian for more than two decades. A doctor of law from the University of Sydney and former solicitor, she is a fearless commentator on free speech, identity politics and judicial activism, and a former chairman of the Institute of Public Affairs. Janet joined the CPAC Australia stage at our inaugural conference in 2019.
Peta Credlin AO is one of Australia's most recognised political strategists and media commentators. She served as Chief of Staff to Prime Minister Tony Abbott from 2013 to 2015 — the longest-serving female chief of staff to an Australian prime minister — and has hosted her own nightly program, Credlin, on Sky News Australia since 2016. A barrister, columnist and fierce advocate for conservative values, Peta joined the CPAC Australia stage at our inaugural conference in 2019.
Matt Schlapp is Chairman of the American Conservative Union and the driving force behind CPAC USA — the largest conservative conference in the world. A former White House Political Director under President George W. Bush, he has led the ACU's global expansion since 2014, taking the CPAC brand to audiences of tens of millions. As the man who helped bring CPAC to Australia, Matt has been a fixture on our stage since the inaugural conference in 2019, returning in 2023 and 2025.
Rowan Dean is editor of The Spectator Australia and co-host of Outsiders on Sky News Australia, one of the network's top-rated programs. A former award-winning advertising creative turned political commentator, he is also a columnist for the Australian Financial Review and one of the most recognisable conservative voices in Australian media. Rowan has been a fixture at CPAC Australia since 2020, returning in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.
Maurice Newman AC is one of Australia's most distinguished business figures, with a career spanning four decades in stockbroking and investment banking, including as Executive Chairman of Deutsche Bank Australia. He has chaired the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, the Australian Securities Exchange and Macquarie University, and served as Chairman of the Prime Minister's Business Advisory Council under Tony Abbott. Maurice joined the CPAC Australia stage in 2023.
Zuby is a British rapper, podcaster, author and free speech advocate who graduated with first-class honours in Computer Science from Oxford University. Born in England and raised in Saudi Arabia, he has built a global following of over two million through his music, his Real Talk with Zuby podcast, and his unfiltered commentary on free speech, gender ideology and personal freedom. He joined the CPAC Australia stage in 2022.
Jeanine Pirro is a former judge, prosecutor and Fox News host who was confirmed as US Attorney for the District of Columbia in August 2025 under President Donald Trump. A trailblazer in American law, she was the first woman elected as both a judge and District Attorney of Westchester County, New York, and spent over a decade as one of Fox News' most-watched primetime hosts. Jeanine joined the CPAC Australia stage at our inaugural conference in 2019.
Michael Shellenberger is an American author and founder of Environmental Progress, advocating for nuclear energy and rational climate policy. Named a Time Magazine Hero of the Environment, he is the author of Apocalypse Never and San Fransicko. A former progressive who broke ranks with mainstream environmentalism, he is one of the most provocative voices challenging green energy orthodoxy. He joined the CPAC Australia stage in 2022.
The Hon. John Anderson AC served as Deputy Prime Minister and Leader of the National Party from 1999 to 2005, spending 19 years as the Member for Gwydir in the Howard Government. A sixth-generation farmer and grazier from New South Wales, he is known for his integrity, Christian faith and commitment to economic reform. Since leaving politics, John has built a substantial following through his Conversations podcast and YouTube series. He joined the CPAC Australia stage in 2019 and returned in 2023.
